Organize It is a booking tool. Businesses use it to manage their appointments, packages and clients.
New businesses get a 15-day free trial. After that they pay a monthly subscription in advance by Whish or Neo. It does not renew or charge you automatically.
The agreement for the service itself (price, cancellation fees, refunds) is between the business and its client. Organize It is not part of it.
Clients pay the business directly. Organize It never receives that money and is not responsible if a client does not pay, pays late, or asks for a refund.
We never sell your data. A business's client list belongs to that business.
This summary is to help you. The full terms below are what apply.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Organize It: the website, the app installed on your phone, and every booking page made with it (together, the "App"). The App is run from Lebanon by the operator of Organize It ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Words we use
Business: a person or company that subscribes to Organize It to take bookings, for example a coach, studio, clinic or salon.
Client: a person who creates an account through a Business's link to book with that Business.
Appointment: a booked time with a Business. Package: a number of appointments a Client buys from a Business.
Subscription: the monthly plan a Business pays us for using the App.
3. Your account
Give true and up-to-date details (name, email, phone number).
Keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Each email address can have one account.
Businesses must be at least 18 years old and allowed to run their business. A Client under 18 should use the App with a parent's or guardian's permission.
If you forget your password, you can reset it by email when that option is available, or ask your Business (Clients) or us (Businesses) for help.
4. Business subscription and payment
Price. The monthly price is shown when you subscribe (currently USD 50 per month). We may offer some Businesses a free plan at our choice. A free plan can be changed to a paid plan with 30 days' notice.
Free trial. A new Business gets one 15-day free trial. Only one trial is given per person or email address. When it ends, your Business account is locked until your first payment arrives. Nothing is charged automatically. You can also subscribe without a trial: your account then starts once we have confirmed your first payment.
How to pay. You pay in advance, by Whish or Neo, to the payment details shown in the App. A paid month starts once we have confirmed that your payment arrived.
Your month. Each payment covers one month from the date we confirm it.
No automatic renewal. We never charge you automatically. To continue, you send the next payment yourself. We remind you in the App before your month ends.
Late payment. After your month ends you have a 5-day grace period, with a countdown on your pages. If we have not received payment after that, your Business account is locked until you pay. During this time your Clients can still sign in and book, and your data is kept.
Refunds. Payments are not refundable, and we do not refund part of a month, except where Lebanese law requires it or where the App was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side.
Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies. The new price applies from your next payment. If you do not agree, you can simply stop paying.
Stopping. You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by telling us. You keep using the App until the end of the month you paid for.
Fees charged by Whish, Neo or your bank are yours to pay.
5. Businesses and their clients
Organize It is a tool that helps Businesses organize their work. We do not provide the Business's services, and we are not part of the agreement between a Business and its Clients.
The Business sets its own rules: prices, packages, discounts, opening hours, locations, how far ahead Clients can book, late-cancellation and no-show fees. The Business must make these clear to its Clients and keep to them.
Payments between Business and Client happen outside the App (for example in cash, by Whish or by Neo). The App only records what the Business enters. We do not hold, receive or send any money for Businesses or Clients, and we cannot give refunds for them.
We are not responsible for Client payments. If a Client does not pay, pays late, pays the wrong amount, or a payment is disputed, that is between the Business and the Client. The Business alone is responsible for collecting its money, following up on unpaid amounts, and deciding whether to keep serving that Client. We will not pay, cover, guarantee or collect any amount a Client owes a Business. A record in the App, such as a payment marked as received, is only what the Business entered and is not proof of payment from us.
A Business may decline a Client's booking or package requests, or stop offering its services to a Client, under its own rules. It can also block a Client's account, so that the Client can no longer sign in or book with that Business until it is unblocked.
The Business confirms each payment and each booking. It can also cancel an appointment that was already confirmed, for example because of illness or an emergency. When a Business cancels, the Client is not charged a late-cancellation fee.
The Business is responsible for the information it enters about its Clients, for having a good reason to keep it, and for using it lawfully, for example when it contacts Clients on WhatsApp.
Questions or complaints about an appointment, a price or a refund should go to the Business. We may help where we can, but the decision belongs to the Business.
6. For clients
You create your account through your Business's link, and you book only with that Business.
A booking or package request is only final when the Business confirms it.
Times held for a package request. If you choose to pay by Whish or Neo, you have 60 minutes to tap "I've paid". If you do not, the request is removed and its times are released for others to book. Once you have tapped "I've paid", or if you chose cash, the times stay held until the Business confirms or declines. If the Business says the payment was not received, it can decline the request and you will be told.
You pay the Business directly, never Organize It. Prices, payment methods, what you owe, and any refund are agreed between you and the Business. If you have a question or a problem with a payment, contact the Business. We cannot take payments, give refunds, or settle payment disagreements.
Buying your next package early. If the Business allows it, you can buy a package before your current one is finished. It starts when the current one is used up or expires, and if it has a validity period, that period counts from its first appointment. A package you never book does not expire on its own this way, but the Business's rules still apply.
Late cancellations and no-shows. The Business's rules are shown in the App. If you cancel late or do not come, the Business may charge the fee its rules set, which cannot be more than the value of one appointment. While a fee is unpaid or waiting for the Business to confirm it, you cannot buy a new package, and the appointment it relates to stays on hold until the fee is settled. These fees do not expire.
Your Business can see the details you give at sign-up, your bookings and your payments with them. Other Clients cannot. They only see that a time is taken.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
use the App for anything illegal, or to offer illegal services;
enter false bookings or payments, or someone else's details without their permission;
try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to break, overload or copy the App;
use the App to send spam, or to harass or mislead people;
resell or rent the App to others without our written permission.
8. Your data and privacy
What we keep. Account details (name, email, phone number, and date of birth and gender if a Client chooses to give them), business settings, bookings, packages, payment records, private notes a Business writes, and the phones you turn notifications on for. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
Why. Only to run the App: to show bookings, send reminders and notifications, reset passwords, keep backups, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who owns it. Each Business's information about its Clients belongs to that Business. We look after it for the Business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not show advertising.
Who else handles it. We use trusted service providers to run the App: hosting and database (Railway), email sending (Resend), and the phone makers' notification services. Their servers may be outside Lebanon. They only receive what they need to do their job.
Backups. We make a copy of all data every night and keep the last 14 copies, so mistakes can be undone.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Clients can also ask their Business. When a Business stops using the App, we keep its data for 90 days in case it comes back, then delete it. Backups are removed as they age out.
We handle personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.
The App saves small pieces of information on your device (a sign-in cookie and your settings such as language). These are needed for the App to work and are not used to track you.
9. Availability and changes to the app
We work to keep the App running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. It may be offline for short times for maintenance or because of problems with internet or service providers. We may improve, change or remove features. If we ever plan to close the App, we will tell Businesses at least 30 days ahead so they can download their data.
10. Ownership
The App, its design, name and code belong to us. You may use them only as these Terms allow. You keep ownership of what you enter, such as your business name, logo and information, and you let us store and show it so the App can work for you.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will suit every purpose.
We are not responsible for the services Businesses provide, for agreements or payments between Businesses and Clients (including money a Client owes a Business), or for missed appointments, including where a reminder or notification did not arrive.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost income, lost business or lost profit.
Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us anything.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Lebanese law, including under the Consumer Protection Law, or our responsibility for fraud or serious misconduct.
12. Suspension and ending
We may pause or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or puts other users at risk. When possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using the App at any time. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11 and 14 still apply after your account ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the App before they apply. If you keep using the App after the changes apply, you accept the new Terms.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If there is a disagreement, please contact us first and we will try to solve it together. If we cannot, the courts of Beirut will decide.
15. Contact us
